We have had an easy transition moving into Laguna Clara. This has everything to do with the rental office staff. They made a trying time really easy and comfortable. They answered all of our questions and were very friendly while doing so! I wish I could have this kind of experience with everyone I do business with.

For creditability wise: I work in property management for High-end luxury properties. Therefore, I am extremely picky when it comes to how I give reviews. - The staff is AMAZING! They are very responsive and for an older community. They beat out many "High-end Luxury" communities that do not even pick up their phone. Pam and Katie are truly a blessing! - The amenities are on par with this being an older community. I love the Hot Tub, and Big Pool. The gym is small compared to community size but I have 24 hour fitness membership that is down the road anyways. - Anyone else who complains about noise, and construction. You will realize no matter where you go, nothing is sound proof. Apartment living is dealing with close neighbors. Overall, pick and choose what you can tolerate but the only thing I experience on the first floor is footsteps which don't bother me. - Parking is relatively available either close on-property or nearby street parking - Some of the units are semi renovated aka have hardwood style flooring or have some upgraded appliances or even replaced the gold trim with silver! To sum up this review. If you like saving your money, having the same amenities as a newer property, looking for a renovated or somewhat renovated units and having parking close by or on property. All but not including a staff that is responsive and cares for their residents. Then choose Laguna Clara as your next home.
