Pretty close to perfect if not for its location, relative to where my only family member lives. Most unfortunate that it's twice further (in time and distance whether by train or by car) than where I am renting now to my family in San Francisco. There is actually a choice of two train stations within an easy walk of Avalon Campbell, an EV charging station at every block, dog parks, and a great well-used public trail nearby, with many residents in jogging gear coming and going in the parking lots. A half star less too for cobwebs on the outset, a wet looking deck, and lack of outfitted closets, in an otherwise newish unit with great kitchen and generous square footage.

My partner and I have lived at Avalon Campbell for over a year and couldn't be happier with our home, the amenities and maintenance support from the Avalon team, and our local Campbell community (we're a ten-minute walk from all of the shops, restaurants, and bars in Downtown Campbell!). The Avalon team makes an incredible effort build community within our complex with events like local clean-up efforts and fun celebrations for holidays (e.g., they hosted a scavenger hunt for Halloween, and a wine night leading up to Thanksgiving). I'm so grateful that we chose Avalon Campbell for our first home in the Bay Area.
