To arrange a viewing, please complete the required application form attached. Email it to us along with the dates you’re available and your targeted move-in date. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
*Application process*
Once you’ve had a viewing and would like to continue with the application, please keep the following important notices in mind.
*Eligibility requirements*: As is typical in NYC, applicants are only eligible to apply if they have a monthly income of at least 3.33 times the monthly rent, a typical NYC requirement. For this studio, that means an annual gross income of about 72,000 dollars.
*Application completeness*: Only eligible applicants who have submitted complete applications will be considered. If we realize your application is incomplete, we’ll request the missing information from you immediately. If your application is complete, we’ll move on to the next step.
*Board approval*: Eligible applicants with complete applications must be approved by our community-elected co-op board. Approval usually happens via an interview with the board.
*Timeline*: The process from application to moving in could take 1-2 months. Total time depends greatly on how quickly we receive a complete application. We will do what we can to expedite the process from there.
