I wanted to give a shout out to Alexander Morales for his extremely warm, detailed and prompt support for any matter while i was moving into the One India Street Apartment back in Dec'21. He was extremely thorough with all my questions and request and was always professional in his conduct and really flexible to help provide me answers even for things which didn't really fall under his purview. Great support and awesome responsiveness!

We recently moved our family from NYC to Boston and we were nervous as we rented this place sight unseen, but were absolutely BLOWN AWAY with how wonderful it is it live here. The renovations and the staff, A++. When we were looking for a place to live, the property manager was excellent always willing to help collect measurements, photos, etc, you name it. SO HELPFUL. When we arrived, we were extremely happy with our new home. It was gorgeous. More importantly, the staff here are phenomenal. Need service in your apartment? No problem, problem is taken care of immediately and with a smile on. I truly love living here and being a part of the community here at 1 India. I don't write reviews often, but when I do, its because it's deserving. If there is someone out there hesitant to move, or looking for a fabulous (and family friendly! We have a 3 year old and 8 month old), you won't be disappointed if you choose this place. We plan on staying here a long time.
