I moved in about a month ago and couldnt be happier Ive been loving the beautiful amenities i.e the pool, gym, and game room. So far the other tenants have be very nice and were all very friendly to each other. Francine the property manger and Genesis are always warm and welcoming. Im also very excited about the new shopping center right in front downtown bellflower which has been coming up fast lately and Im glad I moved in before it gets full and lastly the parking structure next door and the public parking lot on either side is just clutch for when the whole family comes over over all very happy with my choice to move in !
