The new management is slow and selective in addressing your concerns.
You need to reach out several times for a reply which does not solve your problem at all.
It takes more than a week for maintenance to come.
They will not inform you upfront of the fees you need to pay.
You need to wrote several emails (and cc their supervisors) to correct any wrong charges in your bill.
More to add: our ac was broken in the mid of June requested for maintenance but never heard from management.

Horrible management. They ignore your questions about important things like lease renewal and never respond to your maintenance requests. Communication with them is a real pain. They also don't notify you of apartment showings in advance and just rudely invade your unit.

The new management really ruined this place. It obviously wasnt the nicest place to live before but at least was a better deal than most other student living. We experienced squatters, break-ins, lack of proper lighting in walkways, mailbox being broken into.. the list goes on.. all with barely any response from mgmt. It took stating that we would call the code enforcement to get maintenance to our unit for lack of hot water for over TWO WEEKS. Not only that, but we received multiple emails about rent INCREASING without any acknowledgement of any future improvements before receiving responses about literal squatters in vacant units. It takes at least a week for maintenance to respond to even the smallest of requests, and there is no phone number that takes emergency calls or just calls generally, only a number to text that usually gives automated responses. Its safe to say I could not be paid to live here again.
