This is the worst most coach infested apartment I have ever lived in. The management is horrible and doesn't care about you They will make you practically move out of your apartment with a penalty attached to supposedly rid your apartment of German roaches but it doesn't work because they won't spend the money to really get rid of them. If you don't like moving everything out of our kitchen and out of you bathroom at a $80 dollar fee than living here is not for you.;
The location is good but the apartments arent. The sink, bathtub, and shower are real nasty and are peeling (must be 40-50 years old)....

Had my clothes stolen out of the laundry room despite the combination lock (the office didnt do anything to help, or even change the combination). Broken glass on the ground around the parking spaces and broken glass in the pool. This place is not worth the money.

I've been here about a year and a half. Great location bikeable to UT, Downtown, Mueller, and Hyde Park. I've never had a pest...
I've been here about a year and a half. Great location bikeable to UT, Downtown, Mueller, and Hyde Park. I've never had a pest problem on the first floor of the second building. Office and maintenance staff are super nice and helpful. Tenants are chill and keep to themselves (save the occasional pool party on a holiday weekend). The apartments are old buildings with upgraded floors, appliances, and fixtures.
Run. Don't walk, run away from this property. Their leases are designed to trap you while simultaneously raising your rent.
This place is pretty cool! The staff is super friendly and very willing to help.
