Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place an application.
The only other fee is a one-time admin fee of $75, which is only due if approved and at the same time as first month's rent.

This home can be held for up to 2 weeks IF an application is approved, a lease is signed, and the security deposit is paid.
