Acceptance:
-This home can only be held for up to 2 weeks from date of application/approval notification.
-Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income.
-A credit score of 620 or higher, verified rental history, and a total monthly income of 3.5x the monthly rent are required for approval. If credit score falls slightly below 620 and an application is accepted based on higher income and good rental history, at least a double deposit will be required.
