Very nice apartment. Quiet and clean. Management is very friendly and organizes events regularly. Neighbours are a mix of all generations.

Awesome place to call home . Lived here for 31/2 years, absolutely loved it. Its a small,clean,smokefree,friendly community and one of the safest place to live in Dunwoody.The management and staff continuously strive to meet or exceed expectations.Maintenance always responded in less than 12 hrs and gets the job done.The community is in an excellent location,walking distance to Walmart, Target and Marta is 5 min drive.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quality renting experience.

Breakfast, games and snacks were held every month to encourage socialization among neighbours and staffs. I just wish they had a children and dog park within the property. We love you Walton Ashwood Dunwoody.
