These apartments are horrible, the manager racist she discriminates. the maintenance is horrible ,and when you call them to fix something they don't even come. also there are only 2ppl who do maintenance & the water shuts off at times. My advice save your money. Ps place is horrible with bugs needs a new everything

Manager is great she helps you in anything she can, maintenance stuff take care of issues immediately. I loved to called this place my home.

I've been living here for 4 years and I love it the neighbors are really friendly the kids can be playing outside without me having to worry the maintenance and all of the staff are nice and always get the work done. I've never had a problem with them. & i absolutely love how there is so much space. For family gathering so i highly recommend this place. The manager makes it done and keeps everything in order!! This place manager bangs on the door until u answer it. the buildings are infested with large rats these apartments needs a extermination n a manager with a better attitude. The manager put a notice saying kids or teenagers cant be outside in the apartments sitting down so called (loitering) but were throwing a football.

I hated everything about this place... The landlord is a mean old lady who only cares about money, when i first moved in she tried to rip me off, the first payment for the contract should only be half the rent but she tried to make me pay the full price just because she thought that i didnt know anything.. the husband is cool IF you could ever contact him about any damages, however she would b*tch about it and will not hand over the phone. The inside is terrible she refuses to fix anything. The heater broke down during winter which took 2 weeks to be fixed, and the ac also broke down during summer. The carpet is gross which I had to change, there are pest everywhere. Worst part is when it rains. Why? Well because she doesnt want to fix the back door which the water could easily get through resulting in having the living room flooded. When I called her she replied "you crazy, I fix later, you dont like it move out" So i played her game and left the house a mess just like she wanted and moved out. SO DONT EVER MOVE IN THOSE TOWN HOME YOU WILL BE EXTRA DISAPPOINTED

They are under new management and its NOT worth it for the price . Walls craked doors dont shut correctly because of foundation problems....

Sometimes cant find parking. New Maintenance is awful have already asked several times to come fix my apartment. Fence Is all falling apart.Do not recommend ! Cant wait till my lease expires!

The apartment complex looks very nice and clean from the outside,that's the hook to get you in.Once you're in ,you will have a tough time to get anything fix.The apartment has foundation problem .The wall cracked after we moved in there,when that happened all the roaches that were behind the wall started coming in and we had roaches problems.The manager is a mean old lady that doesn't want to fix anything.I think the less she spends on fixing the more money she can pocket in bonus wise.The maintenance man is a good guy,at time he told us he couldn't fix it and that they need to bring somebody in from outside company to fix it,but noooo the old lady won't have none of that.We have left the apartment since with a 30 days notice and pretty fair condition.Instead of returning the deposit now we owe her because some of the charges that she came up with.Please beware before moving into this apartment,I wont even recommend it to anybody.I feel sorry for the maintenance guy to be stuck with a mean spirited manager like her.I guess that why she's all alone no husband,no kids,God is fair he doesn't want anybody to suffer by putting a living soul with this woman.
