Below average . Out dated . Water bill is avreage $ 150. 00 ,A month for 1 bdr. Appliances out dated so electric bill will be high. Rent went up to 850 a month for 1bdr. So if you like to spend money like a millionaire this us the perfect place.
Should cost you about 1100 to 1200 a month for 1 bdr. I would not recommend moving here . City of grand prairie raise water rates every year . Your water bill is based of the entire complex.
Read the lease it's 45 pages . You sign over all rights.
