Renee is quite possibly the WORST office manager I have ever had. Maintenance is incompetent, the only ammenities they have (the pool and the tennis court) are barely ever open, the lawn care service comes out only when the place looks absolutely horrible, Nothing will get done without a fight. I lived in Palos Verdes for about 2-3 years and she pretended to not know who my little brother (who lived with me) was the whole time and would harass him when she saw him walking around the neighborhood aggressively asking him where he lived and who he was. If you like being harassed for WWB then this is the place for you. She loves to gossip about the other tenants so don't expect to have any kind of privacy she will tell you everything that's going on in the other tenants houses. She constantly says one thing and does another so if you ever deal with her get EVERYTHING in writing. Also, there's always a reason why she won't give you your deposit back after you move out so take pictures of everything. Or better yet do yourself a favor and look somewhere else to live.

Lived here for a year, it was a quiet neighborhood, great management, good price, huge master bathroom with a nice garden bathtub. The kitchen, however could use a little TLC. The kitchen cabinets are hideous. Very 80's style. And all old school appliances. Ugly floor tile. But overall, I would live here again.

I went in there today to inquire about renting a townhome and the office property manager renee was extremely rude as soon as I walked into the office she gave me a dirty look and asked what I needed as if I were bothering her. She immediately told me there was nothing available when I asked for an application and starting giving me figures I guess she thought I couldn't afford. I have several family members that currently reside at palos verdes apts and was looking forward to possibly living close to them but if I'm going to have people like her as a office manager I'll pass. I've never felt so discriminated against ...apparently you have to be white and wealthy to live here or deserve respect for that matter in the eyes of Renee Riddle.
