I lived here almost 3 years. Got evicted twice because 8/17 and 11/17 my rent was late due to a broken water heater and water leak and electric problems at 3602 BobWhite Drive. Adrian would not fix the heater and my TXU bill was 600 a month for a 980 unit. I called the fire department twice due to burning wires on the water heater. I had 3 leases and the manager at heather glen is awful and is pocketing late fees. She is overcharging late fees and not showing you paid your rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Adrian at Heather Glen is a con and will ruin your credit. Maintainence is terrible.

I moved into these apartments out of necessity because I was about to have my son and it was the worst mistake. I feel like we didn't have enough space. The parking was terrible and there was always kids running around, throwing balls, hitting out vehicles and always in the street. I could always smell weed and hear loud music. My neighbors were great but the complex as a whole sucked. Once they started doing construction across the way, we had RATS in our home around my new baby. It was awful. The air never worked upstairs and there was mold in the apartment. My husband and I both were sick year round. Maintenance was not helpful so I'm glad my husband is handy. I was beyond happy to move out of that place, especially once they hiked the rent up.

Townhome is very out dated crakes in cabinet, old appliances.police has been over here too much! two murders that have been on the news, just two days ago police cars and swat was over here management had no explanation besides an email stating they can't discuss info with us! Management has switched since I've been here overall go some where else rent is now $1250 I started out at $1000 not worth the out dated interior. I had rats management blamed it on construction across the street. I made good memories but it's time to go!

Has lived here for 8 years not because they are all that, but, only because of the convince. The appliances are old and out of date cabinets peeling, cracks in the foundation as well as the walls. Management have no urgency when it comes to things needing attention inside your apartment, but find an urgency and a need to have your money on time. For the price we pay to live here never should we have to go a day with anything not working properly or anything being an inconvenience to us.

I've live here over a year and the prices are good , no one never tired anything with us safe area the only thing I hate is the parking and the fact that it doesn't not get good cold what so ever upstairs so the kids damn near lived in the living room which sucked other than that they was alright !!

The location is great, however the Maintenance is horrible. They don't do things within a timely manner and do not show care or concern for their residents. I've had several request for the same issues for months and they only put bandages on the issues instead of actually fixing the problem. Having proper air conditioning and heat is a must! Well that's laughable because apparently my AC needs fixing every week. It goes out and they do not offer solutions only bandage repairs that they have to repeatedly fix.

I've lived her for a little over a year now. I was back and forth on renewing my lease for a couple of months but decided last minute not to do it due to my salary and rent increasing. I've had several issues starting on my move in date. I picked up my keys but when I came with my truck ready to move in the workers were still putting in the floor. This was at 10:00 pm. I was not able to start moving my items in until 1:00 AM. I had several issues with flooding when it rain but they finally resolved the issues after my 3rd complaint. The stray cats cause an odor outside and the kids run around destroying property. My main issue while living here is my neighbors smoking weed and playing loud music constantly. I knocked on their door several time requesting they turn their music down. they would do it right then but the next night turn it back up again. I complained to the office several times about this issue but nothing was done. I would come home and as soon as I opened my door it would hit me like a brick wall. It took me calling the office one day and asking if they could send someone to knock on my neighbors door requesting they turn down the music. I still have to deal with the weed. It still comes in strong even though I covered my air vents. I work an off shift and I can say this has been the most uncomfortable/stressful resident I have ever lived in. As far as the town home itself, very old and need updating. Tub peels, holes everywhere that bugs come in through, cabinets old, appliances old, and what ever they use for flooring is horrible. As far as management, the new manager needs to be more welcoming. The rest of the staff is great and seemed really concerned when you have an issue. Just wish the manager was the same way.

So I lived here for a year now and this is the only place where I have lived for more than a year and renewed my lease. I am giving them 5 stars because the only real issue I can complain about is the kids and the complex did make it known that people would be kicked out if they didn't get a hold of their kids and also keep them inside after night. I would say it's gotten better but that the kids can still be annoying. Mostly because they're always in the streets and I've seen three year olds out there running around and it worries me cause you can't see them when you're driving and no one is really watching them. They always knock on my door a lot and once entered my house while I was home. The door was unlocked and this kid came right in and I had to yell at them that wasn't okay. They're excuse was they didn't know anyone was home.....like wow okay... Anyway, feel like I can't really blame that on the complex as much. The last thing that sucks is the AC, but we solved that by getting a little AC unit upstairs. Plus they fixed the roof tops last summer so it's suppose to be better now. I really don't have an issues with the AC now. Now for the great things. The mail comes as early as 11 am which is awesome. I never lost any packages and they make you sign them out which is nice. Next, the matinence team is awesome. I love the guys that work it, they're so kind and wonderful and quick. Following, the office management is pretty good too. I haven't had any of them cause me any stress and they're pretty understanding. The neighbors are quiet where I live, nothing stolen, everything seems pretty great besides the kids during the afternoon. Lol The price for the townhouse is reasonable. Given that they're older I don't think it's right to go up on price but it's better than nothing. I guess my favorite thing about this place is the space in the homes and the fact that it's not that stressful. It's been a peaceful year for the most part so I like living here :D

It's not as bad as people say it is as far as crime. I've never heard gunshots nor heard about anything major happening and I've lived hear about 7 months. I can say that they need a major update for the price we are paying for the apartments. Children are always in the road when you're trying to park. I've seen them exercising in the middle of the road way. I also see them throwing balls and hitting cars and people patios. I've complained but nothing was done. I will be moving when my lease is up. The price I am paying for these apartments I can be in a better location. Although they are not as bad as far as crime from what I see I do believe that the management staff needs an upgrade. The only one who responds to questions is Andrea.

Maintenance and management is a big issue here, I been having an AC issue over a month, and all they do is keep turning the AC off and letting the pipes defrost, 3hrs later same issue, I took pictures and video and showed them to management, and nothing has being done, taking in consideration I have a pregnant wife and she and the baby is suffering because of this, we are looking into taking legal action. Stay away.

Finishing up our third lease here and moving as soon as it is up. I stayed because rent is cheap and a great price for a student. However, there are many reason that you should not live here. When I moved in, the town home was in terrible condition. Doors and walls had been chewed on from a previous owners dog, cabinets had been written on by children. Time would tell that major cracks in the wall had been painted over. The one and only intake vent for the AC was left full of dust and then painted over. The cabinets and tubs are painted over rather then fixed correctly. I have a light fixture that has never worked that I requested to be fixed when I moved in and nothing ever came from that request. I have REPEATEDLY begged for an exterminator to come out and in three years I've never had one come out, ever. We have a CARPET BEETLE infestation that is out of control. We also have TERMITES. The management office told us to cover the holes with tape.... but the termites have created such a mess in our walls that they are literally cracking and turning into soft mush from being ruined. The two doors in the unit do not seal at all and all the bugs from outside like to come inside. I've seen them all, COCKROACHES, MASSIVE SPIDERS, GECKOS, ECT. The A/C unit has gone out 6 times in three years and most of that has been over this summer. Each time the maintenance men have come to fiddle with it and each time it goes out again. I wish an electrician would be called out. The A/C unit is very old and needs to be replaced. The neighbors are hit and miss. I have encountered all types, good and terrible. I learned last year that THEY ALLOW SMOKING INDOORS when my new neighbors started chain smoking inside. The smell is terrible and seeps through the walls and through plumbing holes under the sinks. I had to move my bedroom downstairs because upstairs because UNINHABITABLE and the apartment office is not willing to help mitigate the situation at all. There is constantly LOUD NOISE that starts up in the late afternoon DAILY. Young teens stand in the streets openly smoking pot and drinking and are very loud at all hours. The community recently started renovations and jackhammers can be heard at early hours of the mornings. Today they started at 7:30 AM on a Saturday. Security is terrible. There are break-ins that happen all the time, cars and homes. When I have called police they take over an hour to respond. This would be an ideal place to live if: You need cheap rent. You like living in extreme heat. Don't care about the conditions of your home. Don't mind pest infestations. Don't mind cigarette smoke indoors. Don't mind endless noise. Don't mind about a worthless management office.

This place is terrible!! Management is the lowest of low! The day I moved in they handed me a 2 bedroom when my lease was for a 3 bedroom. Then they said they couldn't do anything I would have to wait till a 3 bdrm came available. My apt was robbed - they didn't care! Turned out to be some acquaintance of the office. Then my place flooded (a day before Xmas eve) they said I would have to wait to have it fixed then the company they hired stated I would have to replace carpet! They refused to talk to my renters ins adjuster. When he came to fix it he said he would have to come back next week, he knocked over ky toddler leaving!! Then to top it off when I gave them mg 60 day notice the leasing agent wrote "not approved" and handed it back to me saying the manager (who never works at another site) would have to talk to me.
