Here it is, one of our 2 Bedroom units is finally open, we only have 8. Many have been here over 10 years. This unit has new remodled kitchen with new countertops, sink and faucet. New carpet and paint throughout. Bathroom has a new toilet, medicine cabinet, hardware, and a reglazed bathtub. Water and gas are currently paid for by the owner. Tenant pays for the electricity and trash / sewer all in 1 bill every 2 months from Anaheim utilities. Thats generally only 6 times a year. This unit has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and kitchen. We do have garages available for an additional $100 per month an average of $3 per day. Our street is now permit parking, permits are currently about $33 for 2 years, so great deal there. We currently have a dedicated laundry room with keyed access. Our front gates geerally close nightly around 8pm. We have a remote gated garage entry also. The center courtyard features a gazebo for all tenants to enjoy. We do allow a cat as a pet currently. We also run a credit and background check on all tenants 18 years or older $40 each, we will not run credit until we have verified all other paperwork, we do not waste your money. This is a 1 year lease that rolls over to a month to month when the year is over. Monthly rent is $2,200. , $1,800 security deposit
