I am looking for a housemate in my home in Yucaipa.
The room for rent is a private bedroom in a two-bedroom home with a shared full bathroom. Another resident lives in the other room.
The room comes furnished or unfurnished: your choice.
This room has a private entrance and is in pristine condition. It is 217 square feet. Everything was recently redone: new insulation, new walls, new electric, new fan and lighting, stereo system with mounted speakers, cable TV, wall-installed TV, and record player. There is a desk that has a desktop computer installed on the wall with both ethernet and Wi-Fi. An HDMI cord travels from the computer, through the wall, into the stereo, and up to the TV. The new floor is amazing!
Qualifications:
1. You have a decent credit report.
2. You have a full-time job or are a student (or both).
3. Absolutely no hard drugs (cocaine, meth, heroin, etc.).
4. You can keep the place neat and clean.
No kids.
One dog or one cat allowed.
This is for one person only. Occasional overnight guests are welcome. M/F, LGBTQ, BLM, 420 okay.
Rent is $800/month, plus all utilities, cable TV, Wi-Fi, lawn servicing, and house cleaning. The house cleaner comes every two weeks, as does the gardener. These utilities plus the housecleaner and the gardener come to $200/month. All in, it’s $1000/month. The deposit is the same.
The home is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, bake, and entertain guests. Everything in the kitchen, living room, pantry, and bathroom are for you to use.
Annie the dog loves everyone. She is a three-year-old border collie/Australian shepherd.
The house also includes a living room with eating area, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, front yard lawn parking, and two nice yards. The lot is huge: 4/10ths of an acre! The backyard is gigantic, and you can grow a garden, play fetch with Annie, etc.
