The Flats Phase 4 - WAITING LIST IS CLOSED

The Flats Phase IV waiting list is closed and we are no longer accepting applications for the wait list. The property features 52 1, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments for low-to-moderate income individuals and families. Section 8 and most housing vouchers are accepted. HDC MidAtlantic provides property management services. If you have previously for The Flats Phases I, II or III, you will need to apply (with fee) to The Flats Phase IV separately to be considered for an apartment in each phase. Must qualify at the 30% income level and meet the minimum and maximum income limits.
