Claymont Street Apartments, a 29-apartment affordable housing community, has been rebuilt after Hurricane Ida wreaked havoc on 10 city blocks in Wilmington, DE. The apartments feature fully equipped kitchens w/dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apartments and individually controlled central air and heat. A community room with a kitchenette, computer stations, security system, and Wi-Fi accessibility for all has been added.
