The community consists of Efficiency, 1, 2- & 3-bedroom apartments. There is a preference for artists; however, you do not have to be an artist to qualify. Eight (8) apartments are specifically adapted for individuals needing accessible (ADA) features and/or hearing and/or vision impaired features. There is an art studio workspace in select apartments. We are pet friendly with a limit of 2 pets. Section 8 and most housing vouchers are accepted. Voucher holders do not have preference over non-voucher holders.
