Cats and dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds). For pets the rent is an additional $40/month/pet and there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and an additional $200 added to the security deposit. No smoking. Off-street parking included and there are some 1-car detached garages (pending availability) for an additional $50/month.
