We lived here 2018-2020. The place was poorly managed. They went through like 4 managers back to back at that time. It seemed like no one liked the job. The tenants suffered because we couldnt get ahold of anyone to fix the issues in and around the building. My heat was out for weeks on end during the winter and I had a newborn. I threatened to take legal action and they finally sent a repair man to the building. I was so happy to leave and never look back. Also, the complex across the street is full of drama and live action. I would watch the cops come countless times and would hear and see people fighting non-stop. Not the best place to live when you have kids but thats the price you pay.

When I moved in to Granite Flats it was amazing. The property was clean and quiet. I don't know what happened but Halverson Blaiser clearly could care less about its tenants. The heat is nearly non existent so its super cold in my apartment. The walls are paper thin and I have one couple arguing and physically fighting above me and one that has loud annoying disgusting sounding sex all the time directly beneath where my bedroom is. People started throwing out couches and beds by the dumpster too. I have put in the same maintenance request three times to no avail. We didn't have lights on in the hallways for several weeks and I called damn near daily until it was fixed. The lights in the front, back, and sides of the building are completely out now which makes this the perfect place to get mugged. It's sick to think about the way we are ignored and treated poorly given the amount of money spent to live here. They have the audacity to raise the rent as well. There is also a new landlord Cassandra who seema incompetent at best. I literally have to call this person every other day to follow up on inquiries and her phone is always having issues conveniently to where she didn't receive my voicemail. There is often trash out in the parking lot and as of late, there has been an influx of ghetto trash that have moved in. I am not financially in a position to move but I just may have to find a way to make it happen. This is rediculous. UPDATE: They have installed lights at the entrance points, shampooed the carpets and the fighting couple left. Things are looking up. I still would not recommend.
