No worries, The Social is known for shutting off water frequently, which gives you a new excuse for your forgetfulness. Do you have sensitive ears to loud sounds? Here at The Social, they offer free ear testing with repeated fire alarms, day and night, saving you money at a real doctor. Ever want to do your part and help with the homeless? At The Social, the homeless are always welcomed! Wether they stay the night in the elevator, back staircase or even in the gated garage, the homeless always have a place to call home. Do you like to waste money? At The Social, youll never have to worry about how to waste your money again. They offer up to 10% back on all security deposits regardless of how much wear & tear and time spent at the property. 3 property managers, an influx pricing of unexplained utilities bills and one too many sketchy motel guests later, I decided to leave. If this place is still an option for you, then you should re-read my review again. However, it could've been worse...there could've been roaches.

Avoid at all costs, unprofessional organization that lacks basic communication skills and constantly disregards any ongoing maintenance issues, theft in their buildings - which is out of control and basic follow through on anything the say they will do. Also, based on other reviews, beware of the rate increase ($200+) after the first year! Read your contract carefully!

I've lived in the apartments for around 2 years, naturally there have been some ups and downs with the owners/building itself. What I can say is Alexa, the property manager, is the best thing about living here. She is 100% responsive, respectful, and professional at all times. She truly cares about the residents and the building condition. She is really trying to turn around the building after the old property manager left everything in an awful condition!! Although Alexa is extremely easy to contact and get something fixed, the owner is not as responsive. They need to start providing more resources that should inherently be apart of living in a luxury apartment. As a heads up, the owners did raise our rent around $300 to keep up with the market, but is a huge jump! All in all, this building is the perfect place for young professionals looking to be in a quiet but prospering area.
