I currently live at the Ravenel, and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. I love my studio and even got a great deal to live here. The people who work at the office (Ricardo and LaToya) are always nice and responsive whenever I need them. Ive yet to have any maintenance issues (which is personally a great thing), but if I did, Im sure they would respond as promptly as they have with any of my questions so far.

I wrote an email asking about the availability of one of the apartments and Japera called me the next day to follow up and answer all of my questions! She was so attentive and detail oriented, she remembered everything that my roommate and I wanted in an apartment and did not stop helping us until she found an available room! Despite all of the craziness going on right now and the fact that she was working remotely, she made finding my first apartment so easy and fun!! Absolutely great customer service - couldnt have asked for a better experience!
