The Sands

The Sands, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is comprised of one and two bedroom apartment homes for those 62+ years of age and/or disabled. Residents enjoy making use of the library, computer room and community room to gather. The cost of water and electricity are included in the monthly rent.
