Im satisfied with their good attitude
But its mean nothing. If youre a international student you gonna be careful, they pretend sent your deposit after you leave but youll never get it, i asked them over 5 times last year, they were very friendly told me that its post mans fault. Now one year pasted they still own me my deposit.

Worst apartment in Tucson. They turn off the A/C basically the whole year except summer, and it is not even cold. The mattress they provide is very uncomfortable. the couch is probably the worst couch i've ever sat on. The building itself looks like a prison, the walls inside the apartment proves it as well as the ceiling. The fat guy in the leasing office is the worst person i've ever communicated with very unhelpful(Chris). However, Jesse is a very nice guy and very understanding and sympathetic to the students living here.
Staff members are amazing. It is comfortable, safe, and very convenient. I had a great first year of college because of this place!

Its not very effective after the first attempt, but I think it works after the second try. Be aware of the card machine for laundry, its been black out for a long time. I scanned the code on the machine to ask for a service, after a week I received an email from them saying that they repaired it, however, its still not working until now. Other than these, everything is not bad so far.

A convenient place to live near campus, however, roaches appeared. Im glad that they care about my issues and the exterminator came twice. Its not very effective after the first attempt, but I think it works after the second try. Be aware of some issues: 1: Recently, a weird man appeared and lay beside the side gate. 2: The noise from motorcycles and party people(floor was vibrating from 11:00pm to 2:00am). 3: My friends belongings in the vehicle got stolen overnight at the parking lot. 4: The card machine for laundry was black out for a long time, I scanned the code on the machine to ask for a service and after a week I received an email from them saying that they repaired it, however, its still not working until now. The only way to do laundry is by inserting coins. My friends and I had to go somewhere else to exchange 25 cents. Other than these, everything is not bad so far.
It is too noisy to live here. And no one care. Dont live here any more.
A safe and convenient place to live near campus, however, roaches appear frequently, exterminator came but not effective. Rooms face to the University are too dark, need more sunshine.
Regret to renew, better to pay a little more and live in a more luxury apartments.

The complex was so close to campus, it made my sophomore year much easier than a lot of my friends who lived much further from campus. The staff is incredibly friendly and will work out any problem you have as soon as it springs up. The complex is very quiet most nights and the apartment itself was spacious and well kept up. The bed was a little uncomfortable but can be easily remedied with a mattress pad. Overall, it may be pricier than somewhere further from campus, WCV is worth the extra money as it will set you up for success if you are attending the University of Arizona.

These people have poor ethics. We rented an apartment over the Summer with a scheduled move in of 08/15/16. When we arrived for move-in we were told that the apartment which had been vacant since May had suddenly experienced water damage from an above unit. Their solution was to offer to put my son and his roommate in a hotel for an indefinite period of time with classes starting in a week. They refused to refund the fee's we paid over the Summer even though they could not provide apartment as promised. They knew they couldn't provide the apartment. I can't believe the other reviews are true after this.

I wanted to write this review because the largest review on here that I see is probably fake and written by the office people themselves; I know for a fact they've had reviews deleted off of yelp.
This is one of the worst places that I could've picked. They show you a really nice room, with brand-new and unused everything but stick it to you because it is not at all what you get/what you think you're paying for. The place is basically always dirty, from the hallways to the entrances and back into the pool. My biggest complaint is that though I sent maintenance requests EVERY MONTH the AC was always broken, it would only ever blow hot air and the maintenance guy never did a thing except change the filter. He (Kyle) doesn't seem like a bad guy and he probably does what he can but all of the office people are incredibly rude and hostile if you have any complaints or issues.I am not sure how i made it through the summer months with that heat (but then, I had two fans). My apartment not only had no AC throughout the 12 month lease, but also had cockroaches which were also located in our very dirty laundry room.
Overall don't live here. Its way overpriced and you don't get what you're promised, and you get treated badly by Ana and her new office people.

THE NEW RENOVATION IS AWESOME AND IT DEFINITELY GAVE THE PLAE WHAT IT NEEDED. THE APPLIANCES I HAVE ARE ALL NEW. THE BEDS ARE ALL NEW. THE FLOORING IS NEW, THE HALLS ARE NEW. ITS QUIET AND I CAN STUDY. MAINTENANCE IS AWESOME. KYLE MAY BE ONLY ONE GUY BUT IF I NEED IT DONE AT 1 AM 2AM 5 AM 10 AM 6 PM WHATEVER HE IS THERE GETTING IT DONE. AND ANA IN THE OFFICE IS GREAT TOO. THEY REALLY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO ALOT OF THINGS FOR US AND EVERY MONTH TO A COUPLE TIMES A MONTH THEY HAVE CONTESTS OR FUNCTIONS WITH FREE FOOD OR BREAKFAST WAITING FOR US AT THE FRONT DOOR.
