The cost is $55.00 per applicant, is non-refundable, and does not guarantee tenancy. Unapproved roommates are grounds for termination of the lease.
- Reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted as we consider all applicants on the same criteria, which is pulled from our specific application packet.
- Proof of renters insurance is required at lease signing.
- Pet policy: All pets MUST be house-trained. If you are applying with a dog or domestic cat, please provide a copy of each animal's rabies certificate, licensing information, and a picture of each animal in the ID section. There is a $250 (per pet) non-refundable pet fee PLUS an additional monthly pet rent of $25/pet.
