Beautiful Affordable Apartment Homes

Plambeck Gardens comprises a total of forty-seven (47) apartment homes adhering to Rent and Income limits of 30%. Nine (9) of those 47 are layered with Project-Based Vouchers in collaboration with Washington County Housing and The Housing Trust Fund (HTF) guidelines and include provisions for Permanent Supportive Housing with referrals from the Coordinated Access Entry supported by Community Action. Eight (8) of the 47 apartment homes are designated for households in accordance with OHCS funding. Thirty (30) of the 47 are designated in compliance with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. Additionally, eleven (11) apartment homes are designated for households with Income and Rent limits set at 40%, in accordance with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program guidelines. Eighteen (18) apartment homes are designated for 50% Rent and Income limits operating under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, with six (6) of the 18 operating under the HOME program guidelines and twelve (12) of the 18 units operating under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. Lastly, forty (40) apartment homes are designated for a 60% Rent and Income limit, in compliance with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program.
