Before Allen became our new property manager, The Royce was a below average place to live. However, once Allen came in things drastically changed. Allen goes above and beyond!! I cannot praise him enough. He is kind, respectful, and approachable. He cares tremendously about the children in the community. Allen and his team pay close attention to detail and address issues immediately. The maintenance team responds in a timely manner when maintenance issues arise. Allen is always looking for ways to make improvements to the property. Allen, Jennifer, and Monica at the office often times will put together events for children and families to attend. It really builds that sense of community. I highly recommend anyone looking for a family oriented place to live, to consider The Royce/Meridia as an option.

Nice place and alot of nice work being done to the property and happy we are getting a new gate because it's needed. The only downside I see is non residents coming into the property and using the amenities that we pay for in our rent such as the basketball court, alot if times you can't even play or use these amenities because non residents come in and our using them especially on the weekends. Hopefully the new gate keep these people away and the building does a better job not allowing non residents to use our amenities.

Maintenance answers call promptly, but problem takes awhile to be fixed. Found Alan (Property Mgr) to be sincere and he will address issues if they need to reach his chain of command.

Back in 2018 our family lost our house and we moved into the Royce community as a buffer between moving into another home. Prior to the Meridian buyout of the property, living experience was average. However since the Meridian buyout there has been drastic improvement. Most recently a faulty sprinkler system flooded our apartment. Allen and his team rolled out the red carpet to make sure our family was well taken care of with hotel, food and assurance that the team would work tirelessly to get our apartment back to qualify standard. Our family was extremely pleased with the amount of care and professionalism. My one concern is that they should re-hire a security team. There was an extra sense of peace of mind when a security team was on the premises patrolling. The meridian team is second to none, and theyre always probing for suggestions to make the living experience at the complex comfortable. I recommend considering this community as an option.

I cant say enough about what a positive experience it has been to live at The Royce. My family moved here in July and we have been very happy in this family-friendly environment. The pleasant surroundings are well maintained and whenever there is a maintenance issue in our apartment it is attended to promptly and efficiently. Alan, Cynthia, Monica, Jordan, Michael and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and courteous. We are glad to be living here and think others will be as well!
