I love this place I call home, this place called home has a nice Community. Neighbors are friendly as well. The kids are so polite. I love that my packages dont disappear. Its very quiet peaceful no police activity or violence. Thank god Witch is everything I ever ask for. Shot out maintenance, maintenance is always on point with any repairs or change anything for something new.!!! I wouldnt think twice into moving here !!!
Overall the living experience was good. Nice apartments, good location, well-maintained. But, new management tried to get us to pay $1400 for carpet replacement...
Overall the living experience was good. Nice apartments, good location, well-maintained. But, new management tried to get us to pay $1400 for carpet replacement because of stains from the PREVIOUS tenants. They did not bother checking move-in check-list where we made note of existing stains. MAKE SURE you take thorough pictures at move-in so you can refute any extraneous charges at move-out - thankful we did. Luckily, the issue was resolved quickly.

We waited too long for the apartment we wanted so someone else has it but she said she will keep us posted and let us know if anything else comes. Ashley was patient and nice the whole process. Thank you for your help
