Garden Springs new name. Worst place that I ever lived, they kept my deposit, PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE, no customer service, they change managers constantly, I communicated with the managers my plans due to my disabilities and waiting for a VA home and still screwed me and took my deposit and asking me for more money that I don't have. They offered me one home, then gave me another one. I had no choice to take it, recently retired, coming from Kentucky and with a loaded U-Haul. Please check other places, schools near are really bad, school buses are crowed and had to drive everyday to take my kids, this place smells bad, they allow loud music had an issue reported to the manager and she said "nothing we can do". Mold all over the showers, when it rains you can smell the excrement from the pipes. People brag their trash and leave stuff all over, people checking you mail boxes, please stay out, try Temple Terrace apartments or more towards Brandon.

I was only there for a month cause I really had no choice n I got very very sick..had to go to ER twice. Didn't find out till after I moved out there is mold n the water is bad...probably lead too..waiting on results!!

This place is a crap hole! My pregnant sister and her boyfriend with 3 other kids were living there. The trailer was from the 70s if not older, I would say it was maybe 400sqft. When it would rain around the front door area would fill up with water and the ground would sink in if you walked on it. I don't know why maintenance wouldn't just fill it up with some type of small rock's to prevent this goo of a mess from happening. Anyways they were paying $1200 a month for this place! Plus utilities! My 2,000sqft. House on 1/2 an acre is cheaper than that place! RENTER BEWARE!
