WHAT MUST I BRING TO FINISH THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
1. Fee: $75/per adult
2. Photo ID
3. A 2nd form of ID (i.e. Social Security Card)
4. Last 2 Months of Pay Stubs + any other documents proving your gross income .
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO KNOW IF I AM APPROVED OR NOT?
It typically takes 24 to 48 hours but you must see the home FIRST!
WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT?
The deposit is the same as 1 month's rent. Must be paid to hold the property for up to 3 weeks.
WHAT ARE THE MOVE IN COSTS?
First month, along with your security deposit and a pet fee if applicable. All move in fees must be paid in full before you can move in and brought to the office in form of cashiers check or money order only.
approved, applicant(s) have 72 hours to pay the full Security Deposit to hold the property. Failure to pay Security Deposit within the 72 hours, will put the property back on the market. Failure to take possession of the property on your Lease Start Date will make your Security Deposit non-refundable.
If approved, there is also a one time Administrative Fee of $125.00 per property.
WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
Most of our rentals allow pets. They must be full grown and spayed/neutered. Breed restrictions apply and there is non refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet . Monthly fee of $35 .
WHAT ARE YOUR REQUIREMENTS?
You have to have good rental history
Income requirements range from 2.7-3 times the monthly rent
You have to have at least 4 months job history at the same job
Credit and Criminal Background checks are required
Renters insurance is a must before move in
