The staff is always attentive, always next to the phone.
The property is always being taken care of. Throughout the day youll see them working excessively.
Parking has never been an issue. Ive lived in both the condo and the garden units. Both styles are beautiful.
The gym is very spacious. There is also a private gym in the condo style. I nothing bad to say about the neighborhood.

My wife and I moved here 7 years ago. We moved from the Midwest and looking for a temp place to live until we could get settled in. Seven years later, we are still here. It really does feel as if we are living in a resort. The landscaping and pool are beautiful and very well maintained. I personally like the fitness center. Maintenance has been spectacular. Repairs are usually made within 24 hours and in some cases same day. After 7 years they must be doing something right. Kudos to 10X Living at Sawgrass

Plus I had very little time and he was fast! I got everything fixed in my apartment perfectly in under 30 minutes!!!

I am so grateful for her help, I am moving in within the next few weeks and am so incredibly excited to be a part of such a great community. The pictures actually look like the property itself, and the residents I met along the tour appeared to be so happy to live there and enjoy the amenities.
