The complex is a perfect option for busy professionals on the MOVE; in the end you are truly buying into the area and a modern city lifestyle. Overall my goal is to recreate the true atmosphere of city life; busy and on the move. The complex is completely self sufficient with on site laundry, storage lockers, FREE COMMON WI-FI and indoor/out door common areas. We also have reserved, gated parking in the back and have wired the entire complex with cameras to monitor and ensure the utmost in safety and security. In addition of I have a commander in the police force who occupies my commercial space on the first floor so we often have a full time police office on site.
The neighborhood: For anyone looking for an upscale, urban environment the CWE is one of the best spots in the St.louis. We are located in the heart of the west end 2-3 blocks from EVERYTHING CWE has to offer: Barnes Jewish (BJC), Washington University, St. Louis University (SLU), Forest Park, St. Louis College of Pharmacy (STLCOP), Goldfarb Nursing School, New Biomedical Research Complex, metro-link, shopping, dining, nightlife and recreation.
