Just a few quick things because I want to get this listed before the weekend!
2BR/1BA single-family home with laundry in the basement and a 1-car garage out back. Modern kitchen and bathroom. TONS of space.
The second floor bedroom will need Ready To Assemble furniture because the stairwell/doorway is too narrow to get most regulation stuff up there. (for example, a Queen size box spring won't fit up the stairs)

APP STUFF:
We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order.
