This lil cutie is chalk full of pockets- all of which are absolutely filled with sunshine. We’re talkin a sunshiney living room, a lil pocket to dine in, a lil pocket of kitchen with modern cabinets and an exit to the basement for w/d hookups, AND TWO bedrooms- which, when you think of it, a bedroom is basically the pocket of an apartment, or would that be the closet? Either way, both bedrooms are sunny and maybe one is your office? Maybe it’s just a liiiittle bit on the smaller side, vs. the other one. Anyway- come getchur pockets full of you know what… sunshine.

OMG I ALMOST FORGOT ABOUT THE BLUE POCKET BATHROOM. If you’ve already watched the video tour, or gone through all the photos, then you get why I’m yelling about it. PRiStInE blue tile unlike any other blue sky you’ve seen in all your sunny days.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
