Plan B is second for a reason. Plan A is available now and actually, a really great plan. So like, no need to worry about Unit B. Open living space and spacious living in the bedroom, too. The meat of that apartment sandwich? A modern kitchen, complete with a microwave and dishwasher. Of course Shrek is twerking in the shower, a *picture yourself there* moment, pinch me amiright. AND coin/app-enabled laundry in the basement for ease. How's that for Plan A? Parking off-street, Australian-style (out back).
APP STUFF:
We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
