This Doctor is going to do more than glance at your chart and ask if you've been sleeping. Doctor Morgan Ford, here, has the best bedside manner in all of South City and is anything but 'clinical'. Cynical? Maybe. But bright ideas and brand-new floors abound! Ideas like: hey, you don't have to stand and eat over the sink now, you can stand at the kitchen island and catch all the crumbs while basking in the natural light! Or: wow- what a kitchen! (Which, admittedly, is more of an observation than an idea but I digress)
Keep your minimalist streamlined-self satisfied thanks to your private storage space in the basement, along with shared coin/app-enabled laundry. Oh AND!! First-come-first-served parking pad out back! incl. w/s/t/basic internet (you can also set up/add your own wi-fi, just an option!)
APP STUFF:
We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
PETS: 1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for them, just make sure they’re not plotting world domination.
