Maintenance guy never comes to fix on anything. Put in a service request for leaking walls and non working bathroom for 6 months straight. Before moving in I was given a tour of an apartment that looked nothing like the dark, gloomy apartment that I was given with NO OUTSIDE WINDOWS. Which was very bad for my mental health. The parking and gym areas sucks. Its merely a waste of time moving there.
I currently stay here they are nice low income apartments. The old leasing lady isnt in charge anymore so the management has gotten way better.
Do not move here, everything about this property is low budget. From the leasing manager to the front desk worker.

I called to get some information on a loft, the women I was speaking with was so rude, they don't allow cosingers on a lease but you can't make more then $34000 but you have to make twice they amount of your rent, the one bedrooms are $732 per month even though their website states $599, also when I called they didn't take my name or contact information, I would give them zero if I could, good luck!

This place is very nice. The apartments are quite big and they come with a washer and dryer. The only bad thing is the parking. Since it's downtown by Busch Stadium, there is only meter parking, which sucks when you want friends to come over.
Nice living area lofts. Downtown next to busch staduim. Metrolink, and greyhound. The Arch is walking distance.
