A full background check is required of all our Tenants- criminal, eviction, employment, and credit history. Paid by the Tenant ($40 per person). One months rent is required up front, PLUS $2,000 as a refundable security deposit. Tenant(s) MUST show monthly gross income to be 2.5x rent. Rent price listed is for 12-month lease agreement. Month to month or 6-month price is available at a higher rate. No smoking, vaping, or use of drugs may be used on property.
Tenant(s) must call in order to schedule a private showing. Rental Application is FREE and provided by Owner via Google Form. We do not accept applications completed on this platform.
Pet Policy:
Pets welcome. All pets will be listed on lease agreement. Non-Refundable deposit of $250 will be collected at move-in. Pet Rent: $10/ month per pet.
Therapy/ Support Animals:
To waive pet fees, the following will need to be collected.
1) Copy of ESA request from Doctor, Nurse Practicer, or Licensed Mental Health provider (on official letter head). ESA Letter must be issued within the last 365 days.
2) Copy of Pet ID/ License Number
