Seems like a wonderful complex! I toured with my boyfriend and the leasing center staff were so friendly and helpful! The also gave us a welcome gift for touring which I thought was awesome. We are still deciding on a complex but this is one of our top picks.

We highly recommend these apartments, primarily for the excellence of the management team. Each on of them are professional and helpful. Ive lived in many apartment communities, and this one is by far the best because of the management. Not to mention you get a new book each month. The maintenance team is also great and responds quickly to requests. We are very thankful for our time here.

Maintenance staff is extremely responsive. The rental price is aggressive and moves up annually but they do it with a smile. Kid friendly neighborhood with playground and pool. Adults have tennis and a great location. The community is gated. I was happy calling it home.

My husband and I lived in a 2 bed/2 bath at Walton Vinings for 3 years and we loved living there. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the apartments are large, quiet and spacious and the entire team who manage the property are friendly. Any maintenance issues we had were dealt with within 24 hours and Tony and his crew were always super flexible to work around any time constraints we might have had in regards to needing to be home to put the dog up during routine maintenance checks. We loved being so close to 285 and downtown, but we always felt like we were part of a small community. The close proximity to 285 did mean that you heard noise from the interstate but it was minimal, you got used to it and I hardly ever heard our neighbors (we had neighbors next to us, below us and above us) which was great- it really added to the feeling of privacy once you got home. It was really important to me to find a complex that was gated, and actually used their gates, and Walton Vinings did just that which really added a lot to me in terms of security and how safe I felt in the complex. We truly loved living there and were genuinely sad to leave when we purchased a house!

Unfortunately timing and some personal circumstances enabled me to rent my dream apartment from Walton Vinings. However, the tour was amazing. Townsend was a spectacular leasing agent! She was kind and courteous. The manager Brooke was warm and inviting and even shook my husbands hand and thanked him for his military service. If ever I am in the market again for a true luxury apartment home I will definitely go to Walton Vinings. Thank you ladies! Your guest service made all the difference.

Probably the best apartment I've ever lived in. Buildings are well maintained and look great, inside is just as nice. The staff working the property are smart, effective people. The Owners of all the Walton properties go the extra mile and invest in their tenets with small gestures like a free book every month, programs that are focused around helping single parents, and other acts of kindness. The amenities available are kept clean and effective. Overall could not ask for a better renting experience. These people really nail it.

Staff is extraordinary from the crew that shows so much effort to keep outside beautiful to maintenance that performs quickly efficiently and with grace to the property managers that have the strength of experience to demonstrate how quality is done. They know you by name and will ask about your family. Great neighborhood for young and old alike; great community planning.
