Beautiful Private Cottage W/ Property Caretaking...

Unique opportunity for a live on site caretaker of a private North Seattle family residential 2 acre waterfront property. Caretaker would occupy one of the DADU (accessory dwelling unit) on the property that is a fully updated one bedroom one bath house. We are looking for a responsible tenant who has experience in caretaking or landscaping and is interested in earning a monthly rent credit in exchange for work around the owner’s property.
What’s Included:
• Recently updated 1-bedroom 1-bath home with on-site laundry, parking, storage and large deck
• Caretaker would be expected to maintain the fully landscaped grounds and work on various projects on the houses that occupy the property
• Property Caretaking work: 12.5 hours per week/50 hours per month to cover rent & utilities
• Additional hours may be available for pay
• Ideal for someone who has landscaping/tradesman/handy skills
Landscaping skills, tradesman skills, handy skills, experience and references and excellent credit will be required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.5 per week/50 hours per month, flexible schedule
Location: Shoreline, WA
Criteria: 2x rent in income, 700 credit score, excellent rental and work references
