Beware of the Bait & Switch.
I was shown a unit that was guaranteed to be the exact same one becoming available. I decided to apply and put down the deposit and reserve the unit. 4 hours later I received an email that the unit was not nearly the same as the unit I was shown. No deck. No bedroom. Different square footage. Non-simlar layout. I have yet to receive any refund for the $400 deposit and $40 application fee. They offered me $25 off the rent price as a consolidation for the error.
This occurred on Saturday 8/11/2018.
The craigslist ad for the same unit is still running as of today, 08/15/2018. It was also updated 48 hours ago as of today. They have had five days to remove the false ad but have failed to do so. Even updating it.
This "mistake" also caused a 10+ point credit score drop. Please beware of such tactic. This has also been reported to Washington State Attorney General for their practice.
Staff is very friendly! Amazing view from the roof and balcony.
The building is well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly!
