The Bonneville was built in 1950 with stylish orange brown brick. The Bonneville hosts two courtyards, it is three stories on one side, two stories on the other. There is some historical rumor that Elvis Presley stayed here when he was filming at the Seattle Center for the 1962 World's Fair.
