Renters are responsible for paying for all utilities- sewer, garbage, water, gas, electric, and internet. No smoking. Tenants are responsible for yard maintenance.
Ideal tenant has income at least 3 times of rent, good credit score, no late payment history, stable employment, and reasonable reference. Please note that credit reports and employment/income verification are needed for signing the lease.
