The studio has a private patio area and a laundry room with washer and dryer (provided for the life of the appliances).

The kitchen is efficient and complete with range, refrigerator, oven, sink, cabinets, but no dishwasher.

The bathroom features a step in shower -- no bathtub.

There is an uncovered, graveled parking space for one car -- it is about 50 feet from the parking space to the studio.

Tenant will pay for propane, garbage, offsite PO Box for mail (streetside mail delivery box is subject to vandalism). Electricity, water, septic are included.

This property is firmly no smoking of any kind.

As there are several dogs on the property, no cats or dogs will be permitted. A bird or small fish tank would be ok.

The Owners of the property live in the main home -- which is detached, but is visible from the studio.
