PERSONS: All proposed occupants aged 18 and over must submit a rental application and meet the screening guidelines.

*Maximum of two vehicles will be allowed to be parked on the property - uncovered space - NO garage or storage.
* No smoking will be permitted anywhere on the property
* Owner will allow one very small, mature dog, or one cat.
* 1 year lease.
* Tenant to pay all utilities on a prorated basis due to common meters.
