The 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house is a cozy, remodeled home with a remodeled kitchen and a living room. The bedrooms are somewhat small -- a floorplan with measurements will be in the photos by March 31. One bedroom has a door to the outside -- prior tenant used as an office. There is ample parking for several cars -- but NO covered parking and NO garage.
This home has a partially fenced area for its sole use, but the area is not fully fenced and with the closeness of the second house -- NO pets will be permitted.
There are private laundry hookups onsite for tenant use.
Tenant pays all of their own utilities. The home has its own electric and gas meter, but is has a shared water meter so the Owner will use a submeter to calculate the water expenses.
Applications will not be accepted unless you have toured the property with our agent.
Application fee is $50 per adult.

To rent the home the qualifying standards are as follows:
Income: Household income of at least $7500 per month (it must be legal and verifiable)
Credit: Each adult must have verifiable credit score of 625 or higher -- no exceptions

Move in costs are as follows:
First month rent: $2600
Deposit: $3900
Term: One year lease
