Pool always dirty not heated broken furniture umbrellas tore up were told we would receive new never done four chairs
The water systems don't work. Bathroom, sinks need to be fixed and declogged every two weeks consistently. Everything clogs. Bikes get stolen from within...
Someone has broken into the mail boxes an they haven't even attempted to contact us an let's us know about what has happened there more worry about noise...

Horrible apartments, they managed to delete all the previous bad reviews that appeared here by re-creating their listing. Old apartment building with thin walls where you can here your neighbor's snoring, constant noise from within and outside the complex (children playing 24x7 in the courtyard and neighbors partying half the night. Management on site is barely in the office and they starting pointlessly updating the exterior to justify the huge increase in rent. Constant warnings about asbestos and lead paint. Stay away from this place if you can.
