This updated 5 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home is located just down the street from Cal Poly campus. The home is near plenty of shopping, restaurants, and has ample parking. The bedrooms are located upstairs, with the living space, kitchen, and 2 car garage downstairs. Appliances include a stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
12 Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.
DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing agent from our company must be present to show you around the home. We will not be doing open house showings for Fall Housing properties with tenants inside. If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
