This property is being renovated, and will have a new kitchen, bathroom, and floors throughout the entire house. There are two off street parking spots included with the property. A spacious backyard is attached to the property providing a nice secluded area perfect for unwinding.

Appliances - Fridge, gas range, microwave, and washer/dryer

12 month Lease. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.

DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing agent from our company must be present to show you around the home. We will not be doing open house showings for Fall Housing properties with tenants inside. If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
